We have an excellent & rare opportunity for a Product Adviser to join our Group People Digital team in our Mascot Office on a fixed-term basis.
As Product Adviser, you will support the People Digital Strategy and maintain the functionality of products for the Qantas Group. This role has a customer-centric mentality and acts as the subject matter expert, working with the relevant stakeholders and business units to support the products for People Digital. In this role, you will also act as the key support person for People Digital products for HR Business Partners, People Services (QF), and People Support (JQ).
Key responsibilities include:

End-to-end operational support for People digital applications, including Zendesk, Workday, SmartRecruiters and Whispr

Providing first-line Tier 2 support for system functionality queries into the People Digital team, including owning the intake and triage of queries to Tier 3 support

Building relationships with functional owners, product managers and business stakeholders to undertake analysis as required

Supporting business requirements gathering process, document changes and assisting with stakeholder sign-off processes

Measuring, monitoring and improving digital processes and effectiveness, to drive a great employee experience
You’ll have:

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, IT or related discipline advantageous

Experience in product development/digital application support
-
The ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders globally
-
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end and regression testing with defect logging
-
Experience with help desk ticket triage and resolution
-
Workday experience highly regarded but not essential
-
Technical experience working with a HRIS, ATS and/or LMS (preferably as a type of super user)

A customer-service mindset with strong interpersonal skills
