About the role
We are seeking a commercially driven Retail Media Sales driven person to join our growing team. In this client-facing sales role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of supplier partners, identifying opportunities to grow their investment in retail media, and developing tailored campaign solutions that deliver against their business objectives.
Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners leverage our retail media network to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales outcomes.
This is a strategic sales role focused on relationship management, revenue generation, and solution selling. You will be responsible for developing and securing retail media opportunities, while campaign planning, activation, and execution will be managed by specialist internal teams.
Based at Cremorne two days per week and one day at Coles’ Head Office in Hawthorn East.
What you will do
You’ll own the end-to-end commercial performance of your portfolio, driving revenue growth through proactive client engagement, strategic media planning and performance optimisation.
You’ll also:
Develop targeted, insight-led media strategies that unlock incremental revenue
Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities within your portfolio
Partner with category teams, agencies and suppliers to deliver commercially compelling campaigns
Manage campaign performance, budgets and optimisation to maximise ROI
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive repeat investment and long-term growth
Analyse campaign results to inform future planning and strengthen commercial outcomes
Support and deliver revenue growth through tailored, data-led media solutions
About you and your skills
You bring 5+ years’ relevant experience and a strong commercial mindset, with a proven track record of delivering against revenue targets and managing a sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
You may come from a media agency, retail media or publisher background, with demonstrated success in campaign execution, performance optimisation and driving commercial conversations that convert.
You’re confident influencing stakeholders, comfortable using data to tell a compelling sales story, and motivated by achieving and exceeding revenue outcomes.
You’ll also have:
