We have an opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the delivery of Roads & Highways projects within a leading global consultancy. Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and project teams
-
Assist with the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and client deliverables
-
Maintain project documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date
-
Support project financial administration, including processing invoices and tracking cost information
-
Assist with maintaining project trackers, dashboards, and reports
-
Contribute to month-end reporting activities and data updates
-
Support compliance with internal systems, processes, and governance requirements
-
Assist with bid and tender submissions through document coordination and formatting
-
Provide general coordination support across multiple projects as required
About You
You are organised, dependable, and eager to develop your career in project delivery.
You will bring:
-
Up to 10 years experience in administration, project coordination, or a similar support role
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and information effectively
-
Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to support multiple tasks
-
Confidence using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams
-
A willingness to learn and develop exposure to project reporting, cost tracking, or scheduling
-
A proactive attitude and ability to take initiative in a team environment
Desirable:
-
Exposure to project-based environments (engineering, construction, or consulting)
