As a Director, you’ll play a vital role in providing tailored tax advisory and planning services that support clients throughout their business lifecycle. You’ll be working with clients across private businesses, family offices, entrepreneurs, and start-ups.

What you’ll do:

Advise high-calibre clients, Private Businesses and Private Family Offices, on tax technical topics such as restructures, capital gains tax, Division 7A, and trust losses.
Provide tax compliance, planning, and advisory services across multiple entity types including trusts, companies, partnerships, and individuals.
Deliver family advisory services, including succession and estate planning.
Assist clients in liaising with the ATO on programs such as the Top 500 and Next 5000.

What we’re looking for:

Expertise in advising on complex tax technical matters for private businesses and family offices.
Strong experience in tax compliance, planning, and advisory across diverse entity structures.
Proven ability to provide family advisory services, particularly succession and estate planning.
Skilled in managing ATO engagements and delivering client-focused solutions.
