About The Role
We are looking for a Workshop Foreman to join out fast paced team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy helping customers, and thrive in a fast paced workshop, this could be the perfect role for you.
In this role you will:

Carry out vehicle diagnostic, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer and dealership standards

Adhere to workshop checklists and quality control processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Complete all warranty repairs in accordance with manufacture guidelines and policies

Accurately record diagnostics, repair work, and service outcomes in line with dealership requirements

Complete repairs and maintenance as outline in repair orders, ensuring all work meets brand and dealership expectations

Maintain compliance with all mandatory training
- Conduct road test and quality inspections efficiently, ensuring all faults are identified, rectified, and correctly documents

Communicate effectively with team members and customers, ensuring all interactions are professional and aligned with the dealerships image
- Maintain strong product and technical knowledge, including staying up to date with technical literature, diagnostic systems and workshop software
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Qualified Automotive Technician
- Experience working with late-model vehicles and performing advanced vehicle diagnostics

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members

Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service

A current, valid drivers licence
