Your Role: Assistant Store Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated retail leader to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.

In this role, you will:

Lead by example – support and motivate your team to deliver consistently high standards
Coach and develop – identify opportunities to build capability and support team growth
Drive operational excellence – ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including stock management and store presentation
Support commercial outcomes – contribute to achieving sales targets, managing stock and minimising waste
Deliver exceptional customer experiences – create a welcoming environment and ensure every customer interaction reflects the Koko Black brand

Who You Are:

You are a capable and people-focused leader with a passion for retail and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Previous experience in a retail or hospitality leadership or supervisory role
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team
A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
Results-driven with the ability to balance operational and commercial priorities
Proactive, reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
A genuine appreciation for premium products, with a love of chocolate an added bonus
