Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Performance and Improvement Coordinator you will:
- Evaluate screening performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), service standards, and strategic initiatives.
- Create and sustain analytical models for managing demand, capacity, throughput, and backlog.
- Assist in the design, refinement, and interpretation of service scorecards and dashboards.
- Conduct thorough analyses to uncover root causes of performance variations, risks, and opportunities.
- Support tracking benefits for strategic and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure analysis aligns with service realities.
- Oversee implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Maintain registers for risks, issues, decisions, actions, and benefits.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in business or data analysis within healthcare or complex service environments.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights.
- Experience in project, program, or governance coordination roles.
- Strong organisational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- A keen interest in continuous improvement, process redesign, or service optimisation.
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in using data to inform decisions.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
