The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Team Executive (Legal Secretary) to join our Sydney office on a full-time fixed-term 12 month contract basis.

This role would suit someone who has a keen interest in progressing their administrative and secretarial skills to become a Practice Executive (Senior Secretary/EA) in the future.

As a Team Executive, you are responsible for providing proactive and effective general secretarial and administration assistance to our Lawyers & Practice Executives across a diverse range of tasks.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

Prior experience as a legal secretary/administrator in a law firm environment.
"Can do" and proactive approach, including accepting tasks outside the general scope of duties.
Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
Demonstrates initiative and strong client focus.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Behaves in a professional manner and is personable and approachable at all times.
