What you’ll be doing:
- Support the day-to-day operations
- Manage and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Support the Manager with stock control, supplier orders, and general inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for both guests and the team.
- Ensure hygiene and food-safety standards are followed at all times.
- Ensure food consistency, presentation, and dietary requirements are always met.
- Drive the guest experience and look for creative ways to grow the venue’s trade.
Who you are:
- Someone with leadership potential and a background in hospitality operations.
- Confident managing people and solving problems on the go.
- Keen to grow into (or further develop) a management career in cafés.
- Diploma-qualified (or higher) in Business or Hospitality, or equivalent experience, ideally 1+ years in a café or restaurant leadership position (manager, supervisor, or similar).

Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
