About this role

This part-time (4 days per week) role is key in supporting day-to-day marketing operations. This will initially be an in-office role based in our Cremorne (VIC) office. Consideration will be given to working from home, in time.

In this role, you will assist with a range of marketing activities, including:

Manage social media activities.
Coordination of the customer newsletter.
Producing and maintaining advertising materials
Plan and deliver internal and external events.
Maintain marketing asset libraries
Oversee daily office activities
Act as the main point of contact for administrative and facility matters.
Manage essential office requirements, supplies, and general upkeep.
Arrange freight bookings, couriers, and postal services.
Provide administrative support to the Senior Executive Team.

Campaign management or digital marketing
Event Coordination
CRM Platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Adobe Creative Cloud.
Supporting sponsorship programs and events.

Whilst marketing qualifications are not a requirement for this role, this would be advantageous.
