Sutherland is one of our newer Sydney sites, proudly supporting the local NDIS community for just over two years. We’ve retained 100% of our team thanks to a warm, welcoming culture that’s both sociable and friendly. Whether it’s rock climbing for the adventurous or after-work drinks for those who prefer relaxed fun, there’s always something happening. With three OT supervisors and a Team Leader who’s also an OT, you’ll have plenty of senior support on hand. The team is highly cohesive and collaborative, working with a mixed generalist NDIS caseload across the lifespan, with a strong focus on ASD, ID, and Neuro.

Job Description

Day-to-day you will:

Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

Qualifications

You will also hold:

Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on a case by case basis
A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Ideal role for an early-career Occupational Therapist
