Full Job Description

Oborozuki is a French-Japanese fine-dining restaurant with a separated bar and high-profile location. Bar is currently under renovation to redefine expectation and experience in the Australian hospitality industry. The renewed drinking menu should be special and unforgettable. This is your chance to grow and develop a longstanding career alongside the show-stopping Sydney Harbour.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR Bartender

A minimum of one year of experience as a Bartender.
Extensive knowledge of cocktails, Japanese Sake and current beverage trends.
Experience in large functions and events is advantageous.
A genuinely hospitable and warm disposition, with a natural ability to build long-term relationships while positively influencing others to achieve team success.
Have full Australian working rights.
