We are currently seeking a full-time experienced highly dynamic PR Account Director/Senior Account Director to lead and support a team of upcoming PR guns, helping set priorities and mentoring to provide the utmost level of client service and results. You will report directly in to the Agency Director, be involved in new business development and pitches, and manage/execute on a number of key clients.

Experience/Qualifications

MUST have min 5-7 years PR agency experience and tertiary qualifications in PR/Comms/Marketing/Journalism
Experience in corporate/B2B PR preferred, and lifestyle/consumer favourable
Be adept at managing sophisticated clients across varied sectors be it in a B2B or B2C
Experience working in a fast-paced, results-orientated environment
Strategic and creative thinker that’s able to plan, who views themselves as a natural leader
Excellent public speaking skills, be it storytelling, verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to bring an idea to life and confidently pitch that idea to clients, run meetings and write strategies
Solid knowledge of Australian media with excellent contacts across top-tier broadcast, print, online/influencers
Media relations/storytelling experience with a proven track record for securing results and quality earned media coverage
Ability to drive accounts independently whilst still working as part of a team
Experience in organising and managing events/launches
Keen interest and experience in leading integrated PR/social media campaigns
Passionate and curious approach to innovative and non-traditional communications
Loves to mentor and manage a team
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong ability to draft PR plans, media materials/reports
Seek opportunities to track and demonstrate the impact of PR on their client’s business
Experience in working alongside a team to craft new business pitches
