Monadelphous is seeking a Business Systems Lead to join our Group IT team in Perth. This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing critical business systems. Working closely with stakeholders, vendors and internal technology teams, you'll help ensure our applications remain reliable, secure and aligned to business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technology professional looking to broaden their impact and take the next step in their career. Leadership experience is welcomed but not essential. We'll provide coaching and support for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor and develop a team of developers and application specialists.

What you’ll bring:

You are an experienced technology professional with a background in business applications, enterprise platforms, software development or digital solutions.

Experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications.

Technical credibility to provide guidance and support sound technology decisions.

The ability to build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

A practical, customer focused approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform or custom application development will be highly regarded.

Previous formal leadership experience is desirable but not essential.
