What you'll be doing
As an Administration Officer Level 2 (Ward Clerk), you’ll provide essential administrative and customer service support to the ward, helping clinical teams operate efficiently and ensuring patients, families and visitors receive a welcoming and professional experience.
Provide responsive front-of-house, reception and customer service support to patients, families, visitors and staff.
Maintain accurate patient information, records and data across iPIMS, SYNAPTIX and other electronic systems.
Coordinate patient files, documentation, clothing and property, as well as the delivery and collection of essential ward items.
Support the Nursing Unit Manager and multidisciplinary team with day-to-day ward administration and patient flow activities.
Work confidently in a fast-paced environment, using initiative to manage competing priorities and resolve routine issues with limited supervision.

Effective communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
