What Your Week Will Look Like
- Delivering exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and employees
- Managing a busy, fast-paced reception environment with confidence, maturity, and remaining calm under pressure
- Building strong relationships through a warm, professional, and solutions-focused approach
- Applying strong organisational skills prioritising tasks , solving problems proactively, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Supporting the broader team with a proactive, can-do attitude
Communicating with ease and professionalism, both verbally and in writing

- Demonstrated experience in a corporate reception or similar frontline, client-facing role
- Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Excellent organisational capability, with the ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and maintain high attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and proactive approach
Intermediate computer skills, including solid MS Office proficiency
