We're seeking an accomplished property finance leader to lead a highly respected, high-performing business supporting some of Australia's largest property developers and investors. This is a rare succession opportunity to take the helm of an established franchise with deep client relationships, strong market presence and a reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes.
As Executive Manager, Property, you'll lead a team of experienced Relationship Directors, Team Managers, Analysts and Account Managers while partnering with clients on complex transactions and growth opportunities. You'll play a critical role in shaping strategy, developing people, strengthening industry relationships and driving continued success across a substantial property portfolio.

Major Client Group (MCG) provides dedicated support to property developers and investors with borrowings in excess of $100 million, as well as diversified customers with turnover greater than $150 million or exposures exceeding $50 million.

As Executive Manager, Property, you will lead a well-established team and business responsible for delivering outstanding outcomes across a significant portfolio of clients and transactions.
More specifically, you will:
Lead and develop a high-performing team
Build a culture of excellence, accountability and customer advocacy while coaching and developing future leaders
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, industry bodies and market stakeholders
Drive business development initiatives and identify opportunities for portfolio growth
Lead complex lending and transaction activities including origination, structuring, negotiation and execution
Leverage your industry expertise to navigate a dynamic market environment and deliver strategic outcomes for clients
Partner across the Bank to deliver a broad range of financial solutions aligned to client needs
Represent CommBank as a credible and influential leader within the property sector
We're interested in hearing from you if you have
Extensive experience within property banking, property finance, institutional banking or commercial real estate lending
Demonstrated success leading large, high-performing teams and developing senior leaders
Deep expertise across credit, risk management, transaction structuring and portfolio management
Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to deliver growth and navigate complex client situations
Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capability, high emotional intelligence and the ability to influence, engage and inspire others
Credibility and presence with clients, industry stakeholders and executive leaders
Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capability
