What you'll be doing
As a Recruitment Officer, you’ll provide efficient, accurate and compliant recruitment administration across the employee lifecycle, helping ensure vacancies are progressed smoothly from recruitment through to commencement.
Process high-volume recruitment actions accurately and within established service standards and KPIs.
Provide responsive recruitment support and guidance to candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain recruitment systems, records and documentation to support data quality, compliance and audit requirements.
Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements to help new employees commence successfully.
Identify recruitment issues, resolve transactional matters and contribute to improvements in processes and candidate experience.

Provide an example of how you have used an Applicant Tracking System (such as Taleo, ROB, PageUp or a similar platform) to process recruitment actions. How did you ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, or employment requirements?
Tell us about a time when you provided recruitment advice or support to hiring managers, candidates, or other stakeholders. How did you manage expectations while ensuring a positive customer experience?
