What role will you play?

In this role you will lead a team of engineers while taking ownership of the design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of the products and platforms your team supports. You will work hands-on with code, guide technical decisions, mentor engineers and lead complex engineering initiatives across teams. You will also help build a high-performing and inclusive team culture that supports quality, reliability and continuous improvement.

What you offer

Strong technical background in software engineering, ideally with Java.
Proven ability to lead complex engineering initiatives and work effectively in collaborative teams.
Experience building scalable, maintainable and high-performing web applications in an Agile environment.
Computer science qualification or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation.
