About the Role
As Associate, Commercial Customer Care, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding support and ensuring every interaction results in a positive customer experience. You'll take ownership of customer enquiries from initial contact through to resolution, working closely with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Technical Support, Finance, and Customer Experience to provide timely, accurate, and professional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, chat, and digital channels.

Take ownership of customer enquiries and manage them through to resolution.

Drive first-contact resolution wherever possible and minimise customer effort.

Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation within business systems.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Support order management, pricing, returns, credits, and general customer requests.

Promote digital tools and self-service options to enhance the customer experience.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Recognise and refer potential sales opportunities to the appropriate teams.

Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Experience in customer service, customer support, customer operations, or a contact centre environment.
