Green by Nature is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead our open-space maintenance crew (roadsides, parks & gardens) across various sites throughout the Moreton Bay region.

As a Mowing & Brushcutting Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our crews deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality open-space maintenance services.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results.
Operating zero-turn mowers, brush cutters, and other maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintaining roadsides and open spaces to the highest standards.
️ Conducting daily equipment inspections and ensuring machinery is well maintained.
Completing scheduled maintenance and service requests.
Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures.
Working closely with your team while leading from the front.

You'll bring:
✔️ Experience in roadside zero-turn mowing and brush cutting.
✔️ Previous experience leading or supervising a team (highly regarded).
✔️ Current Manual Driver Licence.
✔️ Construction White Card.
✔️ ACDC Licence.
✔️ Traffic Management experience or certification is highly regarded.
✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills.
✔️ Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
✔️ A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
✔️ The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
