We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Product Development Admin Assistant to join our Product Development team.
You'll play an important role in keeping our product development process moving, coordinating samples, maintaining accurate product information, communicating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
We're looking for someone who can bring experience, confidence and strong ownership to the position, working autonomously while being a trusted support to the broader Product Development team. While this is a senior-level role, it has no direct reports.
About the role
- Coordinating product development administration across an allocated brand or portfolio
- Managing product information, item creation, production specifications and margin-related data
- Coordinating and maintaining accurate product data within our systems
- Supporting the end-to-end sample process, from receipt and processing through to photography, customer requirements and range milestones
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Assisting with product specifications, references and supplier purchase order information
- Maintaining material and componentry libraries
- Coordinating catalogue and other product-related materials
- Keeping product development timelines on track
- Supporting projects, range releases and other Product Development priorities as required
About you
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel - Practical Excel experience is essential as there will be an assessment as part of the recruitment process
- Experience within footwear, fashion, apparel or another product-based environment
- A strong understanding of product development processes and critical timelines
- Confidence communicating with offshore suppliers and factories
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing deadlines and proactively follow up actions
- A collaborative approach and confidence working across multiple teams and stakeholders
