The EA Investor Relations is a key member of the Investor Relations team, supporting the CFO, the company's engagement with investors, analysts, and shareholders while helping to deliver a best-in-class investor experience. This role combines stakeholder coordination, event management, and strategic support, offering a unique opportunity to develop expertise in investor relations and capital markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to capital markets, investor communications, and shareholder engagement activities.

What you'll do

Provide administrative support to the Investor Relations team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
Provide executive support to the CFO and other senior executives as required.
Coordinate all logistical aspects of investor-facing activities, including investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, earnings calls, investor days, shareholder meetings, and other corporate events.
Prepare detailed itineraries, briefing materials, meeting packs, and presentation logistics for investor events.
Manage meeting schedules for investor meetings, analyst briefings, and stakeholder engagements, ensuring seamless coordination between executives, investors, analysts, and external partners.
Record meeting minutes, track attendance, meeting outcomes, and follow-up actions to support ongoing investor engagement activities.
Manage the Investor Relations inbox, serving as the first point of contact for all inquiries, ensuring queries are triaged, tracked and directed for timely resolution.
Support special projects and strategic initiatives undertaken by the Investor Relations function.
This role requires occasion travel.

Experience

1 – 3 years of experience in investor relations support, executive support, event management, corporate communications, or a related administrative role.

Experience coordinating complex meetings, events, and executive schedules.
Experience working in a corporate, financial services, healthcare, technology, or professional services environment is preferred.
Professional presence and ability to interact confidently with senior executives, investors, analysts, and external stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
