We are on the hunt for Team Members & Shift Supervisors to join our Pacific Pines Zam fam!
The supervisor role requires you to be at least 18 years old and available for evening and weekend shifts.
About Us
We are Zambrero. Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger. We are a quick-service restaurant that offers tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos filled with homemade guac and other goodies. For you, that means you will always work with yummy fresh ingredients that won’t leave you smelling like you just came from work.
Our restaurants are open day and night so you can be flexible and keep up your work, school and play.
But we are not just a healthy quick-service restaurant! We also donate one meal to someone in need for every bowl or burrito bought at Zambrero through our Plate 4 Plate initiative.

What you’ll do
Our team members take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a team member, you will be responsible for following Zambrero’s high standards of customer service, recipes, procedures and cleaning to ensure that our guests’ experience is always the best it can be.

Providing exceptionally friendly customer service

Following recipes accurately to prepare food for meal periods
-
Preparing recipes as needed, including anticipating and adapting to customer volume
-
Adhering to food handling, safety and sanitisation standards
-
Assisting with daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
-
Anything else that helps the restaurant run smoothly and give our customers a great experience
Our Shift Supervisor take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations in the restaurant.

Leading the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations
-
Being a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with the Zambrero values and culture

Assisting in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences

Assisting with hiring new team members and onboarding them
-
Assisting in managing the team, including staff performance reviews, and rostering staff
-
Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard
-
Assisting with ordering of stock from various suppliers
-
Assisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policies

Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant

Assisting with executing marketing promotions

Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety
What you’ll bring

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be able to work evening shifts (expect to be out of store by 9:30pm) and weekends
