Our Property & Store Development Team is looking for a motivated Project Manager (Maintenance & Store Development) to help support the ongoing maintenance, refurbishment and development of our retail store network across Australia and New Zealand.

Our Property & Store Development Team is looking for a talented Project Manager (Maintenance & Store Development) to support the delivery of retail maintenance activities, store development projects and fixture management initiatives across our retail store network.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of retail project delivery while working closely with contractors, suppliers, landlords and internal stakeholders. You'll play a key role in ensuring our stores remain safe, functional and ready to deliver exceptional customer experience.
You will:
- Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance activities across our retail store network.
- Act as a key point of contact for store maintenance requests and contractor coordination.
- Support the delivery of store refurbishments, upgrades and improvement projects.
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling and project administration.
- Coordinate fixture requirements for new stores, relocations, refurbishments and closures.
- Work closely with suppliers, logistics providers and manufacturing partners to manage orders and deliveries.
- Monitor project progress, contractor performance, costs and key milestones.
- Maintain accurate project, maintenance and compliance documentation.
- Support new store openings, relocations and store development initiatives.
- Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoice approvals and expenditure reporting.
- Build strong relationships with Store Managers, Retail Operations teams, landlords and contractors.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure maintenance and project activities are delivered safely and in line with company standards.

What We’re Looking For…
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience coordinating maintenance, facilities, construction or retail-related projects.
- Enjoy organising multiple priorities and seeing projects through from start to finish.
- Have experience working with contractors, suppliers and service providers.
- Understand budgets, quotations, procurement and cost control principles.
- Possess strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Can confidently build relationships and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Have excellent attention to detail and strong administrative capability.
- Are comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Can interpret plans, drawings and contractor documentation.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying issues and finding practical solutions.
- Are eager to learn and develop a long-term career in Project Management.
- Are willing to travel to store locations as required.
