About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maximize your territory through building strong stakeholder partnerships
Achieve sales targets and KPI's aligned with the strategic goals of the business
Grow your region through discovering and prospecting new. high potential business partners that will drive brand equity and revenue
Build strong relationships with Internal and External stakeholders
Become a " Culture Creator" in your region, working closely with all team members in Victoria to achieve a harmonious and productive working environment
Territory covered - Victoria/Regional Victoria
This is a filed based role that will require some regular travel in your territory .

The Successful Applicant:

Are you an imaginative, focused, team player that relishes the opportunity to help deliver outstanding service, ideas, and results?

You have a proven track record as an Account Manager in Cosmeceutical /Aesthetic Industry
You have a minimum of 3 years previous sales experience in Cosmeceuticals/Aesthetic Industry
You have a passion for Skincare and the medical Aesthetic Industry
You are a Self- starter and thrive in a goal- oriented environment
You possess great relationship building Skills
You have excellent written and Verbal communication skills
You have a vibrant and engaging personality nd a drive to succeed
You re excited by achieving growth and delivering strong results
