Due to continued growth within our Survey business, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Support Officer to join our Adelaide team. This newly created role will provide dedicated support to our Land Division and Underground Services Locating (USL) teams, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently while keeping critical administrative and operational processes running smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being at the centre of project delivery.
About the Role
Working closely with Survey Managers, Project Managers and technical teams, you will provide a broad range of project coordination and administrative support functions that contribute directly to successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities

Coordinating project setup, administration and reporting activities

Assisting with fee proposals, tender submissions and invoicing

Supporting project scheduling, subcontractor coordination and resource planning

Managing project documentation, records and document control processes

Monitoring timesheet compliance and assisting with payroll-related administration

Preparing management reports, presentations and project information
-
Coordinating travel, training and team events
-
Supporting onboarding activities for new employees
-
Providing general administration support to the Survey team

Maintaining internal systems and databases to ensure accurate project information
About You
You are an experienced administrator who thrives in a busy professional environment and enjoys supporting multiple stakeholders.
You will bring:

Previous experience in a Project Support, Project Administration, Team Administration or similar role

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
-
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
-
Experience supporting project-based teams within consulting, engineering, construction, surveying or professional services environments (highly regarded)
