The Role
Seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our Facades team in Perth, WA.
This role will be responsible for assisting the Project Managers / Design Managers in the general organisation and coordination of the project from design to manufacturing and install. This role is multi-faceted and requires a large array of skills, knowledge, and out-of-the-box thinking to be put to use.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all document control activities for the projects they will be involved with
Assist team in scanning, organising, archiving and indexing critical documentation.
Responsible to process all submittals and input into the system. Including sample registers and tracking.
Preparation of all sample submissions on the project and track through to the final approval process
Maintain updated submittal log, monitor the submittal schedule and status.
Receive, log, and track plans and specifications as received including all revisions.
Involvement in the full lifecycle of multiple projects
Provide key support to the project management team
Liaise with sub-contractors
Work closely with production and logistics to meet delivery time frames
Maintaining accurate records for all works, warranties from conception of the project until the issue of Final Certificate of Completion.
Weekly inspection and stock control of logistics yard for project product.
Coordination of as-built drawings and preparation of operation manuals as required by the subcontract agreement
Support project team regarding transmittal, submittals, RFI’s, drawings, specifications, ITPs, registers, samples, tracking and other project documents through Internal and Client Systems (Aconex, SharePoint etc)
Coordiante the submission of the ITP’s to the client from both suppliers and subcontractors
The successful applicant will ideally have:
Previous experience in a similar role
Facades Experience (desirable)
Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment
