As a Director, you will be a senior leader within our Investment Management Technology practice, trusted by clients to shape and deliver their most complex and strategically significant initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and executive stakeholders across investment managers, superannuation funds, custodians and service providers, helping them navigate transformation across the investment management lifecycle.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Lead large-scale, complex client engagements spanning IM technology, strategy, target operating model design, platform selection and implementation, investment data management, and sourcing of custodians and service providers – often for complex clients with diverse asset classes, including private markets and alternatives.
Own and grow senior client relationships, acting as the engagement leader accountable for quality, commercial outcomes and client satisfaction.
Drive the growth of the practice by originating, shaping and converting a personal pipeline of opportunities, leading proposals and bids, taking shared accountability of practice revenue targets, and converting relationships into sustained, multi-year client partnerships.
