As a ServiceNow Associate Developer at eHealth NSW, you’ll contribute to building and supporting digital products, working alongside experienced team members to deliver high-quality solutions that make a real impact.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with senior engineers to plan delivery activities, proactively identifying and escalating risks to ensure outcomes meet agreed acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to development ceremonies, providing clear updates on tasks to support informed decision-making by senior team members and leaders.
- Support engineering investigations alongside senior engineers to assist in the migration, transformation, and implementation of technology solutions.
- Develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable code in line with testing standards to ensure systems remain reliable and accessible.
- Assist in incident management and system operations activities, including monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement to ensure optimal performance and resilience.

About You
You’ll be someone who:
- Demonstrates experience in building or supporting applications or infrastructure, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
- Has strong communication skills both verbal and written and a keen interest in collaborating with team members to develop robust scalable solutions.
- Brings an understanding of modern ICT delivery and operational practices (DevOps), including working within Agile or similar methodologies.
