Full Job Description

Falcon Infotech is currently sourcing an experienced Workday ERP Integration Test Analyst to support a key enterprise client program across Workday (FIN & HCM) integration and enterprise testing initiatives.

This role requires strong hands-on experience in integration testing, Workday systems, API testing, and complex ERP environments.

Location: Sydney (Hybrid / 2–3 days onsite as required)
Contract Duration: 6 Months with possible extension
Work Rights: Permanent Residents / Full Working Rights only (No Visa Sponsorship)

Key Skills & Experience Required

3+ years' manual testing experience in complex enterprise environments
3+ years' hands-on integration testing experience across ERP systems
Strong hands-on experience in Workday FIN and/or HCM modules
Hands-on experience with Boomi integration testing
Strong experience in API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools
Strong experience in UAT, regression testing, and end-to-end test execution
Strong experience in test case design, execution, and defect management
Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, and JSON for data validation and testing
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr test management tools
Experience working in SAFe Agile environments
Exposure to data migration testing and enterprise transformation programs
ISTQB Foundation
ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst Certification (advantageous)
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic enterprise delivery environments
