Our Sales team consists of Sales Partners, Business Managers, Sales Associates and Sales Coordinators. Working seamlessly together these sales based roles ensure that we are able to provide an unmatched experience to clients seeking to sell or buy their home.
About You:

To be successful in a Sales Agent role you will have:
Completed your Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and obtained your Sales Licence
Experience within the Real Estate sales arena (ideally 18+ months) or other sales based environment
Demonstrated experience in successful negotiation, collaboration and relationship management
Excellent time management skills, problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
A strong work ethic and the willingness to learn, adapt and use initiative
The ability to work well under pressure, be flexible and meet deadlines
A commitment to others and being a team player
Superior customer service and professional presentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a fast paced and professional environment
An understanding of best practice and consistently high attention to detail
A drive to get the best outcome for your client every time!
