Behind every high-performing national team is someone who makes it look easy. We're looking for a Portfolio Administrator to be that person for Charter Hall's national Industrial and Logistics team.
This is the perfect role for someone with strong administrative and coordination experience who enjoys supporting a team and takes pride in keeping things organised, accurate and on time.
In this role, you will:
Provide administrative and coordination support across a national Facilities Management team, including WIP meeting attendance and reporting
Manage Help Desk functions during business hours, acknowledging and following up on Tenant Service Requests within KPI timeframes
Coordinate vendors, lodge work orders and assist with troubleshooting across team platforms and digital systems
Support asset onboarding via workflows and checklists, and assist with centralised triage of platform alarms
Conduct general account administration and assist with ad hoc projects as required
About You
You're someone who finds satisfaction in the detail, keeps a busy team on track, and brings calm and organisation to a fast-moving environment.
Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within property, facilities or a related professional services environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
Competency across MS Office 365 with solid Excel skills and comfort learning new digital systems
A self-starter approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities autonomously
