Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer trends, market opportunities, and business development strategies.
2. Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional strategies for residential property projects, tourism accommodation services, Airbnb properties, and short-term rental operations.
3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media platforms, websites, online travel platforms, and community events.
4. Create and manage marketing materials, promotional content, advertisements, presentations, and campaign messaging to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
5. Manage digital marketing activities, including content scheduling, social media management, online advertising campaigns, and content optimisation.
6. Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing data, customer behaviour, and market trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
7. Assist in promoting accommodation projects, Airbnb properties, and tourism-related services to increase occupancy rates, customer enquiries, and business growth.
8. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with tourism operators, accommodation providers, media agencies, community organisations, and other external stakeholders.
9. Coordinate marketing events, project launches, property exhibitions, promotional activities, and community engagement programs.
10. Prepare regular marketing reports and provide support to management in identifying new market opportunities and business development initiatives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:
1. A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce, Tourism Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of three years of experience as a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, or in a similar marketing-related role.
3. Experience in tourism, accommodation, hospitality, property, lifestyle services, or related industries will be highly regarded.
4. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to communicate effectively with both local and international clients. Mandarin language skills will be highly regarded.
9. Flexible working on modified schedules and alternative hours when required.
