About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑focused Storeperson to join our Auburn warehouse team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient handling of stock, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked and dispatched correctly while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Warehouse Operations

Receive, inspect and accurately record incoming goods, reporting any discrepancies
Pick, pack and prepare orders and despatch documentation on time and to schedule
Package, label and store finished goods and materials correctly
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
Conduct cycle counts and actively participate in stocktakes
Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with 5S standards
Perform pre‑shift equipment and PPE checks
Work safely at all times, contributing to a zero‑harm workplace

Transportation & Equipment

Load and unload vehicles as required
Safely operate forklifts and other manual handling equipment (e.g. carousel, wave picker)

What You’ll Bring

Essential

LF/ High‑reach forklift experience and license
Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing/logistics
Experience with inventory management systems and ERP platforms
Strong customer service mindset and team‑focused approach
Confident communication skills (written and verbal)

Desirable

Certificate III in Warehousing or similar qualification
High School Certificate
Intermediate MS Office skills
Good knowledge of OH&S, quality and lean principles – move to desirable
Elevated Work Platform (EWP) license

Physical Requirements

Regular standing, walking, forklift operation and manual handling
Ability to safely lift and move items up to approximately 20kg using correct techniques and PPE
