The Opportunity:

Approximately 3 months
Full time (hybrid)

This is an opportunity to join an organisation in the commercial real estate sector
Build your portfolio legal career with this well-known business

About You:

You are an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with experience in funds and investment management
You have the ability to assist on all legal matters including material acquisitions and corporate transactions, capital raises and debt funding
You have the ability to assist internal clients to manage legal risk while aligning with business and strategic goals and priorities
You have experience providing guidance and leadership to the business on transactional best practice, emerging regulatory and industry issues
You have the ability to manage all legal issues associated with wholesale and private equity real estate vehicles
You are able to advise in relation to investment management agreements, property management agreements, trust and registered scheme administration and joint venture investments
You have experience providing advice in relation to corporate governance matters
You have the ability to facilitate external legal advice on material business issues and/or bespoke matters
You have experience reviewing, drafting and/or negotiating a range of agreements
You have the ability to play a key role in contributing to a strong culture of compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
You have the ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
You have a current practising certificate
You have the right to live and work in Australia
