You’re reliable, positive, and comfortable jumping into service when it’s busy. You care about food quality, work well in a team, and keep your cool under pressure.
You’ll thrive if you are:

Experienced working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen

Trade qualified (Cert III in Commercial Cookery)

A team player with a can-do attitude

Calm and organised during busy services

Knowledgeable in food safety, allergens, and kitchen hygiene

Clear in your communication with a team-first mindset

Available to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends
THE NON-NEGOTIABLES
- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (Cert III or equivalent)

Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Strong understanding of food safety, allergen management, and WHS

ABOUT THE JOB
This is a Chef de Partie role working across a rotating 7-day roster in a busy, modern pub kitchen.
You’ll help deliver consistent, high-quality food while supporting the wider kitchen team during service.
Your role will include:

Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard

Supporting the leadership and wider kitchen team
-
Following food safety, allergen, and hygiene requirements
-
Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
-
Keeping your section clean, organised, and service-ready

Reporting equipment or maintenance issues as required
-
Working flexible shifts as part of a rotating roster
This is a hands-on role where reliability, teamwork, and pride in your work are key.
