About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator to join our team based in Kwinana, WA.

This role is suited to a highly organised and motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you will provide essential administrative, financial, and project support to ensure the efficient and productive operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general day-to-day administrative support, including communications, filing, and document management
Process timesheets, labour hours, and related reporting for employees and subcontractors
Coordinate mobilisation activities, including onboarding, site access, and travel arrangements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Experience in a similar Site Administration role, ideally within construction, mining, or related industries
Strong Microsoft Office skills and high attention to detail
Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a current driver’s licence and relevant qualifications
