In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team supporting product management across the portfolio, you will develop high-quality communication collateral to enable the preparation, launch and promotion of customer-facing Products and limited-scope trials. You will partner closely with product teams to translate product features, benefits and changes into clear, engaging materials that support customer readiness, stakeholder understanding and successful go-to-market execution.
You will create and deliver a wide range of artefacts including product narratives, visual packs, targeted messaging, training materials and onboarding resources, ensuring consistency, clarity and alignment to audience needs. You will support engagement activities such as briefings and feedback sessions, coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, and contribute to well-structured, timely delivery of launch materials in a fast-paced environment.
You will continuously improve how go-to-market communications are designed and delivered by maintaining templates, playbooks and content libraries, and applying feedback to refine tools and processes. In doing so, you will strengthen the quality, consistency and effectiveness of product communications, ensuring complex information is translated into compelling, customer-ready narratives that support adoption and impact.

About you
Your experience in developing go-to-market communication collateral across complex, multi-stakeholder environments will see you excel in supporting product launches and trials. You are a strong storyteller and content creator, able to translate complex product information into clear, engaging and audience-focused materials, while coordinating inputs and managing competing deadlines.
Recognised for your attention to detail and collaborative approach, you bring proven capability in content design, visual communication and stakeholder engagement, and are confident developing training, onboarding and promotional materials that drive readiness, understanding and successful product adoption.
