We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time contract role is essential for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organisation within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the overall guest experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in all areas.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within the travel and tourism industry.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
