What We Expect
- Bachelor's or master's Degree or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience operating CNC machines.
- Work as a team in the factory and construction sites.
- Current Driver's License.
- White Card.
- Forklift License (optional).

Civil Technologist - Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects including stone masonry, structural, and site development works by applying engineering principles and technical standards
- Prepare and review technical drawings, construction details, specifications, and documentation using engineering software and drafting tools to support project execution
- Prepare precise AutoCAD drawings for stonework projects, including production, CNC operations, fabrication, and quality checks, based on data collected from measurers
- Develop CNC drawings and programs using AutoCAD, Pegasus, MARS, and NC Studio software, ensuring high-quality outputs and seamless integration into production workflows
- Allocate tasks to the production team based on the mode of production, optimizing resource utilization and efficiency
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor construction activities, verify workmanship, and ensure civil works comply with approved designs, safety requirements, and quality standards
- Perform technical calculations and assist with material selection, quantity estimation, and resource planning for civil construction and masonry-related projects
- Provide technical support to engineers, project managers, and construction teams by identifying site issues, recommending practical solutions, and assisting with design modifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to facilitate the delivery of civil engineering works while maintaining project schedules and technical requirements
- Apply knowledge of civil engineering materials, construction methods, and structural principles to evaluate performance and improve construction processes
- Assist in quality assurance and quality control activities, including inspection reports, documentation review, defect identification, and corrective action recommendations
- Maintain engineering records, prepare technical reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes, construction efficiency, and compliance with engineering practices
