We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Health and Benefits Consulting Team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and manage a portfolio of clients across Australia, delivering world-class guidance and efficiency.

We will count on you to:

Manage a diverse portfolio of 20 to 25 large corporate clients, ensuring that each receives the highest standard of service and support
Provide expert guidance for group life insurance that meets the unique needs of our clients
Conduct thorough annual reviews and produce insightful reports that reflect our commitment to transparency and accountability
Drive growth by acquiring new clients and identifying opportunities to deliver more service within existing accounts, demonstrating initiative and foresight
Build and maintain strong internal relationships, fostering collaboration to ensure our clients receive seamless service

What you need to have:

Proven experience in relationship and account management with Tier 1 accounts, preferably at a brokerage
Strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to navigate complex data and guide decisions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to forge and maintain robust client relationships
