The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Advisor to join our team based in our Ascot Head Office, reporting to the Manager of HR .
This is an exciting opportunity to join GRES during a period of significant growth, offering excellent potential for professional development and career progression.
Working within a small, collaborative recruitment team, you will support a range of diverse projects, partnering with Engineering, Project, and Construction professionals.
In this role, a typical day will include:

Managing end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles across WA and Brisbane

Promoting and strengthening the GRES employer brand to increase direct hires
-
Delivering a high level of service to both internal stakeholders and candidates
-
Partnering with the mobilisation team to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience

Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
-
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing through to placement
-
Conducting thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
-
Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment approaches
-
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent to support ongoing business needs
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, ideally within the Construction industry
-
Exposure and desire to recruit both white and blue collar roles
-
Experience recruiting within an engineering environment (e.g. designers and engineers)
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
-
Excellent attention to detail and solid computer skills
-
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systems
-
Strong communication skills and a reliable, team-oriented approach
