Full Job Description

About the position

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Frontend Developer with strong experience in React.js, modern web technologies and AI first development practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building dynamic, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces and applications, collaborating closely with backend teams, UX designers, and stakeholders.

As a key hire your expertise will help propel us forward as we establish ourselves as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, scalable code
Work with RESTful APIs and integrate backend services
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple environments
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to improve usability and performance
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and techniques
Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and best practices

Skills and Experience

Strong experience with JavaScript (ES6+)
Hands-on experience with React and its core principles (Hooks, Components, State Management)
Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
Experience with jQuery
Experience working with REST APIs / Web Services
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Experience with AI-assisted development tools
DevOps experience in AWS, Docker, CI/CD
Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Minimum 3 years NDIS experience (any position)
Technical experience implementing or developing on the Brevity platform a must

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
