Girton Grammar School is seeking a highly organised and collaborative professional to join our team as the Inclusive Education Administration Coordinator.
This important role provides dedicated administrative support to the Inclusive Education team, working closely with the Director of Inclusive Education to ensure effective operations and the accurate management of documentation required for the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD).
About the role
The Inclusive Education Administration Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of inclusive education services across the School. You will manage a range of administrative, coordination and compliance tasks, ensuring processes are efficient, accurate and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the administration of the Inclusive Education department, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records

Coordinating and maintaining documentation and evidence aligned with NCCD requirements

Managing databases and ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting

Coordinating Student Support Officer (SSO) timetables and supporting staff allocation

Providing responsive communication to staff, students, families and external stakeholders

Assisting with events, professional learning activities and departmental initiatives
About you
You are a proactive and detail-oriented administrator with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. You bring:

Strong organisational and communication skills

Demonstrated experience in administration, coordination or executive support roles

An understanding of NCCD processes or the ability to quickly develop this knowledge

High-level ICT and database management skills

The ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

A genuine commitment to student wellbeing, inclusion and child safety
Experience in a school environment is advantageous but not essential.
