Lendlease SA are currently looking for multiple Site Supervisor's to drive the delivery of our long-term pipeline with projects north of the city.
This role will see you supervising daily site activities and coordinating structure's sub-contractors, suppliers, and general construction activities, as well as developing and managing short-term programs, monitoring project costs, and overseeing project QA, and EHS requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating daily site activities and subcontractor management.
Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Supporting the implementation of project plans, schedules, and site documentation.
Conducting site inspections and report progress to senior supervisors.
Helping resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow.
Maintaining accurate records of site activities and materials.
To be successful you will need:
To hold, or be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance.
Trade qualification or Certificate III/IV in Building and Construction or equivalent qualification.
5+ years of experience in a construction or site-based role
Strong nderstanding of WHS regulations and site safety practices.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with construction management software (desirable)
