We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Officer to join the New Women and Babies Hospital Team in Perth! In this role, you will be responsible for managing end to end Accounts Payable operations, including high volume processing, deadlines and reconciliations. This will be a maternity leave cover opportunity for a 12 month period fixed term.

WeBuild is delivering the design and construction of the Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. This landmark project will replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and expand services and choice for women, newborns and families, delivering lasting benefits and a positive legacy for the people of Western Australia.

Your focus will include:
- Accounts payable data entry
- Accounts payable reconciliation
- Payment selection and EFT preparation
- Liaising with project staff regarding invoice approvals
- Liaising with suppliers regarding queries
- Distributing invoices for approval
What you will bring to the team:
- Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role using a large ERP system (SAP essential).
- Ability to build rapport with internal staff and external suppliers.
- Advanced MS Office suite skill; proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail and organisational skill!
