About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Tiny Legends Day Care Centre in Brighton, QLD. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and early learning opportunities to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

What you'll be doing

Implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
Fostering a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for children
Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to inform teaching practices
Building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and policies

What we're looking for

Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Strong understanding of child development and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
Passionate about providing high-quality care and education to young children
Current First Aid certificate, including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management
Working with Children Check
