Join us in our Associate Store Leader, where you'll gain the operational foundations and leadership capability needed to eventually run a store of your own.

This full-time role gives you hands‑on experience in all aspects of store performance, with the support of a Store Manager who will coach you every step of the way.

Our Mooloolaba store operates between the hours of 5am - 11pm Monday to Sunday.
We are looking for candidates that are available to work across these shifts:
3pm - 11pm Monday to Friday
1 weekend shift (day or afternoon)

Your impact in store

Lead day‑to‑day store operations and customer service
Support inventory, merchandising and store presentation
Maintain high levels of safety and food safety
Help drive store performance and implement promotions
Step up in the absence of the Store Manager

Your experience and mindset

Retail or hospitality experience
Minimum 2+ years retail or hospitality experience required
A passion for leading and supporting teams
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and a proactive mindset
The desire to take the next step into leadership
Australian work rights required for this position

$29.51/hour + 12% super + penalties
