Infrastructure

Our Infrastructure team offers strategic, commercial and technical advice to help unlock opportunities and deliver successful project outcomes.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Document Controller to join our Infrastructure team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting project delivery by managing documentation, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring information is accurate, accessible and compliant. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you will contribute to the smooth execution of infrastructure projects while building strong professional relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain structured electronic document management systems
- Manage the transmission, tracking, and filing of project documentation
- Support project and site administration, including reporting, meeting coordination, and general office support
- Ensure documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes
- Monitor priorities and provide timely updates to project managers and stakeholders
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and administrative best practices
About You
- Experience in document control or project administration within engineering, construction, or infrastructure environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
